We warrant that our services will be provided with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with the agreed scope, and by appropriately experienced personnel. Information on this website is provided on an "as is" basis for general guidance only and does not constitute professional advice.
Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant engagement letter. In the absence of a specific notice period, 30 days' written notice applies.
We may suspend or terminate services immediately where a client materially breaches these terms or where fees remain unpaid beyond 60 days of the due date. Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
Neither party will be liable for delay or failure to perform obligations where caused by circumstances beyond that party's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, infrastructure failures, or pandemic conditions.
These Terms of Service and any engagement with IT Solutions Architecture Limited are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
